Round The World and other travels

Excellent hotel, situated next door to the Space Museum on Salisbury Road, Kowloon - that's opposite the Sheraton and diagonally opposite the Peninsula. Very handy for Nathan Road and for the Star Ferry. I was greeted as a Royal Ambassador and the upgrade that was being given was explained to me. In a very nice touch, I was shown to my room by the receptionist. I had a very comfortable and spacious junior suite, with fabulous harbour views. Electric curtains operated from the wall beside the bed meant that I could enjoy the view whenever I felt like it!

My welcome gift was a pen in a presentation box and Chinese tea was also provided shortly after arrival. The usual water and fresh fruit selection were also provided. If you are considering a stay at this hotel, just remember - it's all about the view!
