June 2006 : Crowne Plaza, Helsinki

I thought this was a well-situated hotel, though some might consider it a bit too far from the city centre - it's about a 20-minute walk. No upgrades were available as the hotel was fully booked. In fact, I ended up in a smoking room , albeit a very nice one. I had Club access, this being included in my rate.
