Hotel 1
Hilton, Heathrow Airport
This was a routine airport stopover night. One big advantage of the Hilton is its location adjacent to Terminal 4, making it accessible via the frequent, free and reliable Heathrow Connect trains. There is also a hotel-operated shuttle to Terminal 5. The hotel's rates usually reflect its convenient location, but it's always worth checking as good deals are sometimes available.
I was upgraded to an Executive Room situated close by the Executive Lounge. On this occasion, I was able to make use of the lounge both for an evening nightcap / wi-fi visit and an early-morning breakfast.
