Round The World and other travels

I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, which turned out to have an interesting two-storey design - I'm fairly sure it was my first ever 'upstairs, downstairs' hotel room! A couple of gripes here : problems with Internet access and the usual (Royal) Ambassador in-room amenities were not provided.
