InterContinental, Budapest
I had booked a River View Standard Room, but my RA status got me a
very nice River View Suite. Although I was based on the 5th floor, I
was also granted access to the Club Lounge on the 9th floor - and
very pleasant it was too
The hotel's situation is excellent, with handy access both to the
Castle Hill district of Buda and to the main highlights on the Pest
side as well. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room service
was good. My welcome gifts were a bottle of local white wine and a
postcard pack. Fresh fruit and water were also provided.
