Hilton, London Heathrow T4
Although this was familiar territory, it was the first time that I had arrived from Terminal 5. I discovered a few days prior to the trip that the former Hilton shuttle no longer operated, having been replaced by one of the Hoppa buses run by National Express. I opted to travel via the Heathrow Express / Heathrow Connect trains instead, completing my journey with an easy walk along the 'metal tube' from Terminal 4.
I was not allocated an Executive room on this occasion, but still received full access rights to the Executive Lounge.
