Once again,
I'd managed to secure 2A, this time by asking nicely (Gold card in
hand
) at
the check-in desk. As we boarded in the strong evening sunshine, it
was nice to once again say hello to the delightful and very
professional Celine. There was a bit of a seat-shuffle just prior to
departure with the happy effect that Aimery and Nathan found their
way into 2C and 2D. The Captain explained that our short flight
would take us over the Mull of Kintyre and the Isle of Bute and, as
we lurched from a standing start and took to the sunny skies, I was
confident that the views were going to be superb. I was not
disappointed.
