While the rest
of us made do with Loganair operating as BA, fellow FlyerTalkers
Richard and Scott flew over to Islay from Glenrothes, Fife in a
private plane. Richard, a.k.a. Aerotec, was kind enough to
offer those who were interested the opportunity to sample a scenic
flight over Islay and Jura. I was on board for the first of three
such flights, and a truly wonderful and memorable experience it was
too! The pictures tell most of the story, but first I must record a
big Thank You to Rich for making this possible
